How do bonuses work?
We believe in the importance of rewarding our customers with bonuses and promotions to maximise your enjoyment!
- We offer three types of bonuses: deposit bonuses, free spins, and cashbacks.
- Some bonuses are automatically credited to your bonus account, but some bonuses you must claim BEFORE making a deposit or bet.
- You can check the status of your bonus and preferences at any time on the Bonuses page.
- Bonus campaigns are played through in the order that they became active.
Deposit Bonuses
- When you deposit money into your account and claim a deposit bonus, the deposited money will be credited to your cash balance, and the bonus amount will be credited to your bonus balance.
- For example, if you are eligible for a 50% bonus on your next deposit and you deposit €200, the €200 will be added to your cash balance, and an additional €100 will be added to your bonus balance.
- When you place bets, the bet amount will first be deducted from your cash balance. Only once your cash balance reaches zero will the bet amount be deducted from your bonus balance.
- Winnings from all wagering, cash or bonus, are credited to your cash account.
- Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they convert to cash.
- For example, if you receive a €100 bonus and the wagering multiplier is 25x, once you have wagered €2500 all remaining bonus funds will automatically convert to cash.
- There is a wagering indicator on the Bonuses page showing progress made towards meeting the wagering requirements.
- When you accept a deposit bonus, you accept that there is a wagering requirement before you can make a withdrawal. You can only withdraw money from your account after wagering an amount equal to the bonus money you received multiplied by the wagering multiplier.
- For example, if you receive a €100 bonus and the wagering multiplier is 25x, you will be able to make a withdrawal once you have wagered €2500 or more using the deposited funds, the bonus money you received and the winnings derived from it.
- If you have an active bonus and make additional deposits, these funds will be used against the bonus wagering requirements.
- You may cancel a bonus, removing the wagering requirements, only when your cash account balance is less than 10c.
- When your bonus balance reaches zero, the active bonus will expire.
- If you have no active bonus, then you can withdraw funds from your cash account at ANY time.
- For clarity, your cash deposit and all winnings from bets made with your cash account are available for you to wager or withdraw at any time.
Free Spins
- Sometimes we reward our members with free spins for some of our most popular games. All winnings from free spins will be credited to the bonus balance, and are subject to wagering requirements. These winnings can be withdrawn as described in the Deposit Bonuses section above.
- Here's an example: you have received 20 free spins for the Mega Gems slot game, and after playing the free spins you have €200 in bonus money winnings, with a wagering multiplier of 25x. If your cash balance drops to zero, you can continue playing with the bonus balance and withdraw your winnings after wagering an additional €5,000 (i.e. €200 bonus x 25 multiplier).
Cashback
Cashbacks are “free” bonuses or free spins that we may give you from time to time. For example, we may give you a bonus for betting €1000 on the first day of the month.
When a cashback bonus is available, it will appear on the My Bonuses page. When you claim the bonus, it will be credited directly to your bonus balance. You can use it for betting if your cash balance is zero, or you can withdraw it following the guidelines described in the Deposit Bonuses section above.
Bonus Terms and Conditions
General
- Each player can only open one account. If we suspect that a user has opened more than one account, we reserve the right to merge all funds into one account and cancel any bonuses.
- Player’s cashable funds (your cash account) is wagered first at all times, even if a cash deposit is made before using all the bonus funds.
- Only if your cash balance reaches zero will the money for wagering be deducted from your bonus balance.
- Bonus will automatically convert to cash when the relevant wagering requirements are met. Please see the terms and conditions of each bonus on the Bonuses page.
- Each bonus is subject to a maximum conversion amount, this will be indicated in the terms and conditions of that bonus.
- In order to withdraw any cash amounts obtained by completing wagering requirements, you must have made a deposit within the previous 30 days.
- By requesting a withdrawal from your cash account, you forfeit all bonuses (bonus balance) in your bonus account.
- If the wagering requirements are not completed within the time specified, the entire bonus balance (bonus awarded plus bonus winnings) will be removed.
- You agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring that any bonus offer or promotion you are interested in is still available, that you can claim it, and that you understand the terms that apply to such offer.
- We reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion at any time and for any reason, including technical reasons such as but not limited to computer viruses, bugs, tampering or technical failure.
- We reserve the right to withhold bonus reward if there is reason to suspect that a deposit is fraudulent, or that it has not been made with the intention of using it to play real money casino games.
- We reserve the right to exclude certain players from this promotion.
Deposit Bonuses
The following are indicated in the terms and conditions of each offer on the Bonuses page:
- To receive a deposit bonus, a minimum deposit is required as specified in the offer.
- Deposit Bonuses may have a maximum award limit as specified in the offer, above which you will receive no further additional bonus.
Free Spins
The following are indicated in the terms and conditions of each offer on the My Bonuses page:
- Bonus Spins can only be applied to eligible game(s) specified in the offer.
- The paylines eligible for free spins are specified in the offer.
- Free spins bonuses are valid for a limited number of days as specified in the offer.
- Winnings from Free Spins are always applied to your bonus account and are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the offer.
